By purchasing, pre-ordering, activating, or using a TachyDex desktop companion device or associated software applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Privacy & Context Memory
Your desktop privacy is paramount. TachyDex processes screen context and active memory locally whenever possible to ensure high-speed performance and data sovereignty. User logs are encrypted and never sold or shared with third parties.
3. Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates
TachyDex continuously improves system capabilities through background software updates. By using the companion, you agree that automatic updates, performance patches, and firmware enhancements may be delivered to your device without prior notification.
4. System & Performance Disclaimers
TachyDex provides real-time ambient support and continuous background recall, but:
- Output generated by localized neural models should be reviewed before critical implementation.
- Performance speeds may vary based on active background workflows and system workloads.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, UI designs, hardware schematics, model architecture, and branding associated with TachyDex remain the exclusive intellectual property of TachyDex.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TachyDex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware usage, software downtime, or data loss.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any claims or disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of TachyDex hardware or software shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under applicable jurisdiction law, waiving rights to class action lawsuits.
